Our hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps.
We use information to respond to documentation and availability requests, maintain business records, protect the site, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit protected health information or confidential patient data.
We may use contracted service providers—including Cloudflare for site delivery and security and HubSpot for customer relationship management—to process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and apply commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations, by emailing info@bandhbio.com.
